"SunshinE DaY!"

I haven't blogged in FOREVER!!! I actually really wanted to write this post on Friday, but got distracted by the drumroll please... INSANELY SUNNY, GORGEOUS weather!!!! I know it may sound cheesy, but sunny weather makes me ecstatic! When I am enjoying the rays, I literally feel like I am walking on a cloud, bouncing around like a two-year-old at his first moon bounce! On Friday, I felt an incredible joy, which I haven't felt in a long time and it stemmed from a few simple things: 1) It was Friday (TGIF and High Five Friday with my students); 2) My students got out at 1:30 p.m. on this day; 3) I had a meeting and left the school before 3 p.m.; and 4) The weather was breathtaking! As soon as I saw how nice it was outside, I instantly felt like breaking out into this foot-stomping tune:

I know you are dying to recreate the magic that is this Brady Bunch hit! If it fails to bring a smile to your face or make you chuckle, I don't know what will! This warm weather has given me the resolve to go outside as much as possible and be as active as possible in the process! I await with excitement and anticipation, the day when the flowers will begin to bloom and the trees will regain their green hue! Spring weather- I'm ready for ya! 

Is there anything better than winding your car windows down and driving while the sun shines and a light breeze blows on your face and hair? I submit to you that there is nothing better!
